Returns & Exchanges

At HCD Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are ineligible for return unless damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to ensure the item is protected from damage during the return journey.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
